Added MCT options for Honour or Death:
- Can now be disabled entirely if ye don't like it.
- You can tweak the vassalize chance.

I think they also received the frontend starting unit frame thing.

- Fixed Nicolete's items, should be save game compatible. Previously spent skill points on her items will be lost, you'll have to get those skills again if ye want the fixed items.
- Durk will now get a horsy.
