Used the fact that I have SDK installed again to upload a version with (hopefully) fixed RUS localization. Two years after the fact but hey, better than nothing, right?

- Made the tags work properly. Seriously, steam, why isn't this done via workshop page. Bad platform, no cookie! >:|

- Finally made the tags work.

- Failed attempt at making mod tags work

- Added Sentry to "Show of Force" sitrep lists
- Added Sentry to Chosen "General" summons list
- Limited Sentry to 1 per pod
