Updated Whoopee's Cap:
-Now restores 3.3 Sanity/minute, up from 2 Sanity/minute, putting it on par with the Top Hat and Dapper Vest, among other items.

Updated Sweet Apron:
-Now provides 35% Wetness protection, up from 20%. Wearing it with a Rain Hat will completely protect you from rain.
-Now restores 2 Sanity/minute, as was noted in the mod description, where before it restored none.

Updated speech files. Most items and events now have unique speech lines, with some exceptions:
-All mobs and items found exclusively in the Forge arena use Wilson's default lines (should be a non-issue, given that custom characters can't be used in the Forge as of this update)
-Halloween candies and the candy bag use Wilson's default lines

Added new item: Bun
-Requires 2 Seeds and 1 Egg, gives two Buns per craft
-Restores 10 hunger on consumption
-Mainly used to craft Whoopee's burger items
-Stacks up to 40

-Burger (New recipe: 1 Bun, 1 Cooked Meat, 1 Cooked Green Cap)
-Veggie Burger (New recipe: 1 Bun, 1 Cooked Leafy Meat, 1 Cooked Blue Cap)

Edited inventory images for burger items, fixing issues with mouse detection overflowing inventory squares

Fixed a bug where Whoopee's Cap reduced the hunger drain of the wearer by 85% instead of the intended 10%, as well as failing to remove this effect when removed

Buffed the (intended) hunger drain reduction of Whoopee's Cap to 15%

Fixed a server crash caused when attempting to feed any of Whoopee's food items to a pig.
