Fixed Bugs / Issues:
⚫ Norsca no longer crash at the Faction Selection.
⚫ Vampire Factions can now build siege equipment.
⚫ The New World Colonies and Sartosa can now research all Naval and Religious Technologies.
⚫ Ritual Site Settlements no longer show up via a special resource icon to Old World races.
⚫ Factions starting with Slann Mage-Priests now show up as such in the Faction Selection.
