- Homeland chain: changed growth effect into casualty replenishment for province and adjacent, to help with jungles.
- resource buildings like iron and pastures now affect similar TEB units (e.g. swordsmen = adventurers, free company = pirates and swashbucklers).
- Captains have innates.

- sartosa won't see three TEB techs anymore (until it is TEBified) and the default emp tree now has the right UI.
