- hotfix: High Eagle rite now needs golden idols provided by same buildings he required. Prevents hiding of the rite and the entire category when using previous system.
- thus removed the bandaid script around that rite.
- yay for the mortuary cult being even more ramshackle.
- tweaking to come I guess.
