+The tallbird now is on basic mobs.

+Added colour border for mobs (red for agressives and yellow for passives).
+Added spiky bush icon.
+Ajusted icon sizes.
+Fixed bug of items helded over the character.

+Now all icons are in a unique texture, this make the mod much more efficient (less laggy) than with all the textures separately.
