Hordes now have added food trade to their markets and I also added food consumption to slave pens.

I did not like zeros in the Main settlement description, and since I do not plan on overwriting the Buildings file, I added a small amount of food to the settlement construction. I have finished the Sassanids, Romans and Barbarian Buildings. There are more to add and I will do so as time permits. I also added food consumption to slave traders. The food levels should be much more balanced.

In order to help the AI cope with the early game, I decided to try something and remove food consumption from the main settlement buildings, unfortunately it will have to read zero for now. The largest factions are just having to difficult of a time, if they cannot produce food in their main building tier. The Sassinids are at the most disadvantage. I decided to even things up a bit. To offset this increased cost, I lowered the building maintenance costs. Now, any maintenantance cost is at a straight 5%, it may cut int some budgets more than others, but it should be easy to adjust to except at the harder difficulties. The WRE will be in a small deficit now, and this is how it should be. Nomads will still rely on food as a cost of maintenance.
