Fixed a bug where 1936 historical ships option also gave 1939 fleet as well. It now gives the full 1939 ships, but spread over three years 1936 & 1939.

170 new tech tree icons
More ship models & skins for HOL & Scandinavian countries
Rework of the ship deployment system. No need to delete fleets anymore.
Ship Deployments & tech now come 1936, 39 & then 40-45
New Admiral & Naval General graphics.
Experience added to fleets.
Removed leader images for better inter-mod compatibility.
Removed tech slot bonus unless MtG DLC is enabled.
Reworked German Ship name lists for both Vanilla & MTG.
Reworked all German fleets to fix the ship names issues.
