- Now reads UIShellDifficulty default class object so it works with alternate ways of adding SW

- Added configurable Exclusive Groups to support to mod-added SW to be exclusive to each other like the faction start options. (In vanilla it is hard coded for index 1-3, now it uses exclusive group 'FactionStart')
