-Updated Exlcusion Array for Death's Embrace: Added AdventCaptain and Spectral Zombie.

-Added additional particle effects/sounds to Death's Embrace and Raise Dead.

-Added French Localization file.

-Removed uncooked .upk files now provided by the base game due to the fall update.

-Vortex grenade will beep properly when thrown now.

-Added FlyOver to RaiseDead.

-Added Perk Package for Updated Particle Effects: Added Tethers to Sired Zombies and additional effects for Death's Embrace.

-Added UnitPropertyCondition.TreatMindControlledSquadmateAsHostile = true to Death's Embrace to prevent Wounded, Mind Controlled XCom soldiers from being Embraced.

-Added redundant soldier class exclusion array to Death's Embrace just to be absolutely certain it can't happen regardless of Game State!
