V1.011 - adjusted the diplomatic marriages to be tougher to obtain and should be just right, and they will cost you now instead of them paying you to get their daughter out of the castle.

Removed treachery from client states completely, as the EXE, formula is far to extreme.

V1.10 I finished up the Charlemagne personalities what a pain, and pretty much pointless..but what the heck. I also double checked all the treachery levels, and readjusted the marriages.

because of the reversal of the CS and Vas, I had to once again reverse polarity of the treachery. loosened up peace settings a bit they were a little to harse

Reversed client states and vassals back to vanilla standards. Now client states are only for the Hunnic factions, and Vassals are for the HRE,WRE and Sassanids. I also fine tuned peace some more, and removed treachery from client states, because I really don't think it needs to apply there.

reversed polarity of treachery for client sates, and lowered peace levels dramatically to solve the easy peace issues.
