Added lines to the code that should allow special ammo to be used with HDD.

Small change to HDD's in-game description. Added that it boosts your stats for the rest of the turn, and that the defence reduction lasts until the next turn.

I Noticed CPUs gain a smaller amount off will compared to the other classes when promoting to squaddie rank.
This should now be fixed.

Changes to Distant Counter. Fires before the opponent can shoot at you.

Changes to existing skills like Smite and Patience.

Added text to skill trees.

Tags and small grammar tweaks.
