*Fixed coloboma splitting tears it wasn't supposed to
*Fixed coloboma creating infinite tears with certain synergies
*Fixed coloboma creating infinite lasers with certain synergies
*Fixed coloboma spawning lasers randomly when certain items triggered
*Optimization
*Made coloboma compatible with water balloon and other mods

Game now checks for costume removal at the start of each room rather than each frame (reduces lag)

Added Coloboma to boss rush pool
Added a custom challenge based on the Coloboma + Ludovico Technique combo
