Restored Juggernaut:

1) Altered Juggernaut ability to be a one turn cooldown reusable version of Battle Lord

2) Granted ability to parry Viper grabs to help prevent instant mission failures.

Added workaround for Chemical Leak: XCOM will have temporary acid immunity to help account for acid pools potentially appearing on spawn.

Disabled Juggernaut due to gamebreaking bug with it.
