Minor update of currencies from ECB site for November average.
Diesel prices updated (once per week) as of 11th of December.
Minor update to damage_data:
truck_to_trailer_dmg raised from 0.02 to 0.1 (SCS value is 0.2)
truck wear per km of drive & trailer wear per km of drive - several code lines which had 0.0 now have values.

Mod is updated to v1.49. Because of the some major changes it's not compatible with the previous versions any more.
Diesel prices updated (once per week) as of 27th of November.
Small changes related to economy data:
driver_revenue_coef_per_km is raised form 0.02 to 0.025 # Revenue coefficient used during quick job and drivers jobs.
reward_bonus_level is raised from 0.01 to 0.015 (now is the same as SCS default value)
