The prices of small garage and upgraded are changed from 90k + 50k to 80k + 55k.
Fuel discount in garage is lowered to 20% as this is the average VAT rate of 25 countries in the game. The old rate (21%) was based on 19 countries average.
Cargo damage cost is increased from 20 to 25.
Experience points for free roam and for road discovery are slightly increased to 0,35 (from 0,33) and 0,7 (from 0,66) per km.
Experience bonus for hard parking is lowered from 125 to 120.
Experience bonus (doubles) for medium parking is increased from 75 to 90 and for hard from 185 to 210.
Trailers unlock level is lowered from 7 to 3 (in vanilla game is 5).

New: Added 12 Spanish ferry lines for Iberia DLC.
Their times and prices are fixed to be like IRL.
However, 8 lines are fictional:
Barcellona - Marseille and vice versa (I used Genoa).
Barcellona - Naples and vice versa (I used Civitavecchia).
Valencia - Palermo and vice versa (I used Barcellona - Civitavecchia).
Bilbao - Plymouth and vice versa (I used Portsmouth).
This means that Iberia DLC is now fully supported.
