Minor tweak to insurance. The values are now exactly the same as is in ATS.
Fixed revenue is raised from 75 to 100.
Reward bonus for long distance, valuable, and fragile cargo [lvl 5] is raised from 0.08 to 0.09.
Reward bonus for urgent deliveries [2/3/4/5] is raised to 0.04, 0.07, 0.11, and 0.16.
