Added 10 fictitious ferry lines introduced in Greece DLC:
Argostolion - Patras and vice versa (I used Sami).
Argostolion - Igoumenitsa and vice versa (I used Sami – Patras x2).
Chania - Kalamata and vice versa (I used Piraeus).
Igoumenitsa - Trieste and vice versa (I used Venice).
Patras - Trieste and vice versa (I used Venice).

There is ferry line Lixouri - Argostolion which is a "complete fantasy" as per SCS comment inside file so I didn't change anything.
