Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.21 Hotfix 14

• Yet another fix (TTFTCUTS), should fix both the day 4 crashes and the NDB/QSO crashes.
• Fixed being unable to use the Flusion resistance if you fail to storm the Pyramid.

• Hopefully fixed that stupid day 4 crash.
• Reenabled the Katzen/Gamer FEs.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.21 Hotfix 12:

• Temporarily disabled the Katzen/Gamer FEs because they crash the game for some reason and it's very annoying because it's not a consistent crash it just kinda happens randomly and making me very angry kthxbai.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.21 Hotfix 11:

• Fixed the day 4 crash caused by custom FEs.
• Added a flag for compat with Dynamic Difficulty so they aren't affected by the mod and the Vester stops harvesting itself out of existence over and over.
• Added "siggatarius A*" as a potential core black hole name.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.21 Hotfix 9:

• Fixed Katzen Economy/Research situation log stuff not showing up if you gave Jublio to the Kaiser.
• As a temp fix until I solve the shipyard issue, the Equatorial Shipyard & Planetary Dockyard uplink now apply their effects, but it doesn't work if you stack multiple megas. Should make them not useless though.

• Fixed the Kaiser being able to magically vaporize partisans with his willpower, dropping resistance everywhere.
