Gigastructures & More 3.6.2 Hotfix 3:

• Fixed a cheese that let you bypass Kaiser's land demands by disbanding the starbase before transferring the systems he demands.
• Fixed the Katzens attempting to claim the empty systems in the Wild Space mod, which caused a CTD because the Kaiser couldn't handle being told that you can't claim empty space.

• Equatorial Shipyard is no longer buildable around planets that have colonized moons, because some guy built one and it destroyed a moon colony that had like 200 pops. Whoops.
