• The HKE will no longer integrate and annex the entirety of the League of Nonaligned Powers (Including the player and all other AIs in it) if the HKE Federation became the League during a WiH.

• Added another flag for ACE compat.
• Hopefully fixed infinite Jupitwos spawning, as they formed an impenetrable wall of Jupitwos around Jublio behind which the Kaiser could hide.

Gigastructures & More 3.8.0 Hotfix 2:

• Due to crashes caused by events looking for Flusion when it doesn't exist, and to better fit future lore, Flusion now always spawn.
• The Kaiser's odds of succeeding at his World Conquest have been lowered to conserve the Katzenartig Imperium's 40% spawn chance.

Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.8 (Save breaker):

Megastructure Changes:
• Penrose Spheres may now only be built on the primary black hole in a system
• Gas Giants no longer gain Terraforming Candidate modifier upon brown dwarf ignition via the Substellar Compressor
• Psionic Sublimate stock is no longer required to access the menu for the Psionic Beacon
• The Nicoll-Dyosn Beam no longer uses Planck Photons to fire, instead it has a fixed cooldown (which is effected by megastructure build speed)
• Increased shot strength for the Nicoll-Dyson Beam will now fire an increased number of shots
• Interstellar Researcher job now gives Engineering and Society research
• Fusion Supressor now has an extra line in the build menu about how it can create Neutron Stars, Black Holes, or be Detonated
• Broken higher order Ringworlds and Ruined Yggdrasil Orchid Complexes Can now be repaired with Megaengineering technology instead of the mega's actual technology
• The Dynamic Core Ignitor no longer requires the Megaengineering technology
• Habitat and Orbital Elysium startup menu options have been combined and expanded to include Unlimited, 1+Repeatable, 1 per pops (25, 50, 100) or 1 per Systems (3, 10, 25)
• The Matrioshka Virtual Reality Simulator now has separate options from the Matrioshka Brain on the startup menu
• The Matrioshka Virtual Reality Simulator has been overhauled
EHOF Changes:
• The EHOF no longer has inaccuracy at any stage
• Fleets will no longer explode when entering the EHOF
• Every stage of the EHOF may now target specific star classes (Including those from Real Space)
• EHOF Targeting UI has been overhauled
• The EHOF will now scan the galaxy when requesting for a certain star type, as opposed to at game start
• Removed redundant UI elements from negative outcomes of the EHOF
• Bottom Bar UI and Travel reports UI has been Overhauled
• EHOF Ultima will once again be able to generate new Cohesive Systems, and can now go to specific Cohesive stars for the cost of some Quasi-Negative Mass
• The EHOF for AI is now on by default
• The EHOF Ultima can now find Supermassive blackholes and Supermassive Quasars provided you have the associated ascension perk and there isn't a star of that type that exists already

Cohesive Cluster Changes:
• Primordial Pylons have been removed
• Vanilla gateways may now be built within Cohesive Systems
• Primordial Jewels may now be used by non-standard Empires (E.G. Endgame Crises, The Kaiser)
• Primordial Jewels may now spawn rarely within the main galaxy
• Cohesive Systems will now use all available vanilla and real space initializers
• Cohesive Systems can now include Neutron Stars, Pulsars, and Real Space star classes
• Cohesive Systems now spawn when the fleet is sent through the EHOF, not before
• POI and Bountiful systems are now a subset of Cohesive Systems, as opposed to their own type of system
• Leviathans, Mining Drones, Crystalline Entities, and Space Amoebas may now spawn in Cohesive Systems
• Bountiful systems now spawn more commonly
• Megastructures now spawn more commonly in Cohesive and Bountiful systems
• Pre-written system spawn chances decreased
• Asteroid names no longer include "Funky Colors"
Compound Changes:
• Instead of taking over an EHOF, the compound will now use their own EHOF to spawn a wormhole connecting them with the main galaxy
• The Compound's Invicibility is now 10x more Invicible
• The Compound is now turned on by default, and can spawn even if no EHOF's were built
• Ships will no longer spawn in a system with your ships in them (Other than the Compound capital system)
• Compound fleet cap reduced from 5,000 to 3,000
• The Compound will now destroy colonies once it's done purging them (Destroying ringworlds in the process)

Origin Changes:
• Origins that cannot be used with AI will now have a line in their description showing that

Miscellaneous Changes:
• The Gigastructural Constructs Ascension Perk will now include a list of the megastructures that can be built to get the Perk
• Machine ringworlds are now quieter
• The Megastructure Build Capacity Option on the startup menu now has choices for 2 or 3 megastructures being built at a time
• The Startup menu has been reordered and split into different categories
Bug Fixes:
• Machine and Hive Ringworlds will now display correctly
• Ringworld clouds will now display correctly
• Cohesive Systems will no longer spawn within or too far away from the galaxy
• Cohesive Systems will now be spread out slightly more
• EHOF should now always fire
• Game should no longer CTD when generating hyperlanes
• Deposits should now correctly spawn inside of Cohesive Systems
• Habitable planets will now spawn instead of generate inside cohesive systems, resulting in a more correct number of planetary features
• Ships will now longer be event locked with the EHOF
• Performance Enhancements made to UI Elements
• The Everchanging should no longer become invisible
• Primordial Pillars should correctly activate every time
• Sending Colony Ships through the EHOF should no longer cause a Crash
• Lifeless and Katzen modifiers will now be correctly removed when planet class changes
• L-Gate Systems may no longer be targeted by the Nicoll-Dyson Beam or the Quasi-Stellar Obliterator
• The Unlimited Power achievement should no longer pop up multiple times
• Lunar Speculorefractor stacking should no longer be possible
• The Equitorial Shipyard and Hyper Assembly Yard Link now accept ACOT shipyards as requirements
• The Penrose Sphere origin should now correctly start with a size 28 ringworld segment
• Attack Moons and Behemoth Planetcrafts will now be correctly deducted from the build cap when used in Stellar Systemcraft stages if not set to be infinite at game start
• Spawned systems can no longer connect the galactic core to the main part of the galaxy when using the Birch World origin
• The Nicoll-Dyson Beam will no longer crash the game when firing at a Flat World
• If your capital is lost while the Galactic Core Hyperlane Linking Special Project is unfinished, it will now cancel the project and move it to your new capital
• AI should no longer get birch worlds
