Megastructure Changes:
• Lunar Macro-Fabricator added: A new megastructure that is able to create attack moons out of Planetary Matter, a new Strategic Resources, which is unlocked through the Celestial Warship Assembly ascension perk.
• Planetary Matter can be acquired by dismantling planets via decision.
• Attack Moons are now designable.
• Industrial Hypersegment added to the Alderson Disk
• Alderson districts are now correctly impacted by foundry, factory, farm, and nexus buildings
• The Katzenartig Imperium and Aeternum now qualify for an empire being Galactic Custodian

Origin Changes:
• Orbital Arcology, Orbital Elysium, and Squareworld origins added
• Birch World, Great Ring, Interstellar Dwellers, Penrose Ringworld, Habitable Gas Giant, and Central Processing origins rebalanced for 3.0

Bug Fixes:
