Gigastructural Engineering & More Version 3.10.0

Aeternum:
• Aeternum, a powerful Fallen Empire can now be found residing in the Galactic Core systems when the Inactive Supermassive Black Hole is selected (Not always, though. Can be forced to spawn or disabled entirely)
• Has a lot of megastructures and a nice hexagon cluster.
• Might awaken near endgame, in which case you will be able to delay their awakening through special projects.
• The Aeternum will have their capital on a Birch World, which when conquered will have large debuffs until Expeditions are sent out to better understand the technology.
•• These expeditions have three statistics, Integrity which acts as a health bar, Strength which represents how much they can defeat hazards, and Practicality which is scientific power.
•• Expeditions can find Encounters, which have two stats, Resilience and Complexity which counter Strength and Practicality. In addition, some encounters can, if their Resilience is higher than your Strength, can decrease your Integrity.
• As with the Katzenartig Imperium, the Aeternum has a number of different Difficulty settings.

Megastructure Changes:
• Added a new custom UI to the Stellar Particle Accelerator.
• The SPA can now be set to produce more or less resources.
• The SPA can also produce DM and QNM.
• The SPA now has a failure risk, depending on its setting and the resource it makes.
• Failures will require repairs, not repairing might lead to a catastrophic failure!
• Added a few random flavor events to the SPA.

• Added a custom UI to the Lunar Speculorefractor.
• Can be toggled between 4 different modes (that provide different bonii to the planets), turned off, or dismantled. The modes are:
•• The current effect
••Pop growth speed buff
•• Governing Ethos & Stability buff
•• Productivity buff by shining the thing so damn bright that it completely removes the night from the planet (might piss the population off)
• Added various flavor events for these two megas.
• They can also "fail" (the chance of that is influenced by their settings, stronger settings --> more failures), which will prompt an urgent repair lest they might blow up.

Katzen Changes:
• Added the Katzen Civil War!
• Can occur when the Kaiser is vanquished (50% chance).
•• It will split the Katzen Empire into 4 big chunks led by particular individuals, each with a different ideology.
•• They will proceed to fight each other.
•• Whoever wins gets a new name, a new flag, and buffs.
•• You might wanna ensure the pacifist/democratic factions win, honestly.
• The Kaiser now turns Flusion into a Gaia World after 30 years.
• Improved the effiency of Katzen collapse.
• 10% of pops on all Katzen planets with over 30 pops will now move to Flusion once.
• Flusion will gain more city districts if it runs out of space.
• Douclaw is now always orange (Much like how Pouchkinn is always a black cat)
• The UFS now always wins if the Kaiser is disabled.
• UFS might get couped by the Laurnaise, leading to...uh...ever played TNO?
• Flusion now has a nice modifier that buffs its resource output. Dynamically removed and added depending on planet class.

Miscellaneous Changes:
• Terraforming from LL Temperate to Wet and LL Torrid to Dry is now cheaper.

Graphical Changes:
• Flusion now has special graphics for when it is turned in to a Gaia, Machine, Hive, Desert, Arctic, Ocean, Lifeless Temperate, Lifeless Foggy, Lifeless Torrid, Molten, Ecumenopolis, or Shrouded World, in addition to when it is turned into a Void Sphere through ACOT.
• This is a necessary and important feature I assure you.

Gigastructures & More 3.9.1 Hotfix 5:
