This update improves the mod to:

- handle multiple teams and larger teams more successfully

- take national start biases into account when placing team members

- diminish the incidence of team members being separated by ocean tiles (although teams will occasionally still get a start on land masses separated by ocean)

- make the coastal start bias ignore lakes, so that you end up with a sea or ocean coast instead of a 1-tile lake when playing as civilizations that have a coastal bias (i.e. England)
