- Added effects to a bunch of national focuses, often using national spirits that are already in the game. Later on, we can customize them better but for now they suffice. Most of the national focus tree now has (unbalanced) effects - only the International Diplomacy tree (and the Windmill Parks focus) still have focuses that do nothing.
- Also, more focuses are planned - I appreciate all your suggestions and will try to implement them as good as possible :)
