COM patch

- added a crit buff (healing just like Ocultist & Vestal
- changed how healing mist works so that it functions properly with how the new patch handles buffs.
- Increased crit across the board to bring the class in line with the new base classes.

Implemented a fix so that the game no longer spews a bunch of error code instead of text at you when you play the non-english version of the game.
