The sound works but is very quiet, despite peaking at 0 db.. Still not gonna even try and figure out valve's sound engine.

My last try at trying to get rid of the static.

After 3 years I'm back with the fix for this mod. Sorry for the wait people (L4D threw out an update over those 3 years which destabilized everything).

..and, louder. (apparently valve likes to *clip* with their sounds - hey your game not mine) (sorry guys this is as loud as the OOFS are gonna go without sounding like an electrocuted bus crash)

The previous version was very quiet and I didn't find it impactful/mememingful enough.

I've done a comeplete redux - there are now 3 different versions of Boomer's "OOF" explosion, including: 1 hyper booty bass version, 1 "OOOOOFF", and 1 "family classic" remastered version. Enjoy, blast it at your dog, and let me know how they sound in your gamer headsets, or if you even read this...

Reduced explosion sound by a measurable amount and leveled oof sound to create more balance/clarity in the mix.
