Fix to Spirited Cry bug.

Slight tweaks and fixes to previous update.

DMG overall slightly lowered at max level.

Quickshot CRIT increased

Eyethief CRIT increased
Eyethief now applies a small Bleed

Volley Fire ACC increased

Spirited Cry tooltip updated to be more clear.
Spirited Cry Stress Heal and SPD buff are now the same at all levels(This makes it higher at early levels and lower at max level)
Spirited Cry now also grants CRIT, scaling up with each level.

Fleeting Escape Stealth effect is now guaranteed rather than being a chance effect.

Camouflage has been reworked. Now gives ACC and CRIT while Stealthed as well as buffing Monster Surprised Chance.

Hawkeye Pendant CRIT increased.
