Stealthed DMG increased to +50/60/70/80/100%.
Bleed DMG increased to +35/45/55/65/75%

Volley Fire / Flurry:
DMG Mod changed to -40%.

Spirited Cry / Stalk:
Spirited Cry CRIT Buff increased to +7/8/9/10/12%
Stalk Stealth lasts 4 rds(effectively 3 rds as 1 rd is removed after use)

Marked by the Flock can now be gained randomly as a Quirk.

Killing Talon Brigands no longer causes one of your party members to have the Marked by the Flock Quirk after the mission.

Talon Archer:
Killshot:
DMG and ACC lowered
No longer clears Mark on hit.

Talon Damsel:
HP and DODGE significantly lowered.
Now spawns with Riposte.
Her Riposte is a Stress attack.
No longer causes Stress when hit(this was changed to the Riposte!)
Note: This should fix any softlock issues caused by the Damsel dying to a DoT.

Talon Vulture:
Vile Vomit no longer applies Blight and has a lower ACC.
Has a cooldown and is never used on the first turn.
NEW Attack(Shriveled Squawk): High ACC Stress attack that moves self back 1.

Talon Mother Boss Fight REWORKED!:
The Talon Brigands will now die if the Talon Mother dies!
They Circle Above/Waking Feast REMOVED
Call the Flock cannot summon Talon Vultures.
Prey on the Weak(New Attack):
Usable in any Rank vs. any single Rank. Chance for an additional target. DMG with Stress and Stumble.
Very likely to target the Hero with the lowest HP.
Cycle of Death is now Bonus Action done at the end of a round if a Corpse is present. Clears all Corpses to heal self.

Fixed for Butcher's Circus update.
