Talon Brigands Update:

NEW Talon Enemies!
The Talon Witch and Talon Brawler join the ranks of the Carrion Queen's horde, beware!

Talon Feathers are now worth 300/350 on Vet and Champ respectively.
Talon Mother Feather now worth 4000/5000/6000 gold on Apprentice/Veteran/Champion respectively.
Chance of Talon Brigands encounter based on number of Flock-marked heroes changed to 10/15/25/50% from 10/20/33/50%.
Talon Raider Ravager attack DMG and Bleed amount reduced.
Talon Archers and Talon Hunters Killshot attack now consumed Marks on a successful hit.
Talon Hunter Dive Bomb attack Stun and Push chance lowered.
Talon Mother Call the Flock attack now summons 2 Brigands instead of 3.

Fixes to Brazilian Localization

Brazilian Localization Added.

Talon Archer and Talon Hunter Retreat Attack can now fail to apply Stealth to self.
Talon Hunter Retreat Attack Stealth duration increased to compensate for double actions.
