Some changes to help the Falconer as a utility/light damage dealer. I'll be monitoring the effects of these changes closely and I want to hear your feedback on how these changes affect the Falconer for you.

Some sound adjustments and missing sound for Target Practice added.

Base SPD slightly lowered

Quickshot CRIT slightly lowered
Quickshot DMG vs. Marked Targets slightly increased

Flurry reworked.
No longer targets Rank 4.
Now also applies a Stun Resist and ACC debuff to targets affected.
Increased DMG

Volley Shot DMG slightly lowered

Diversion DODGE buff increased slightly.

Spirited Cry reworked.
No longer gives DMG buff.
Now heals a small amount of Stress for entire party.
SPD buff slightly lowered.

Fleeting Escape now gives a SPD buff in addition to all other effects.

Slight Scouting Chance decrease on Heightened Senses

Adjusted Falconer Sprite Size.
Fixed bug where Heightened Senses would not prevent nighttime ambush.
Fixed error in Irrational Line Bark.
+1 SPD on all levels. I'll see how this affects the Falconer's strength.
