Compatibility with Volcano

VOLCANO
- Reduced the number of ocean biomes (configurable)
- Ocean biomes spawn in the same zone of the map

OTHERS
- "Starting biome" option has been improved, new option "Madness" to spawn really randomly on the map (including dangerous biomes).
- If the "basements" mod is enabled, a random basement will spawn somewhere on the map
- The ancient guardian biome is now affected by Nightmare Phase

- Now adding Megarandom biomes to the selected preset, not just default "Forest" one
- Added proper warning support for Multi-worlds related errors (hosted games only)
- Option for Minotaur spawn

Replaced the "Dragonfy" option by "Volcano Dragonfly" option.
Fixed options backward compatibility (boolean -> int change)
