Fixed code error that happened when Multi Worlds was disabled.
Removed "if MW is not found" assertion, instead the mod continues, disable Multi Worlds and shows a warning popup.

- No need to select the "MEGARANDOM" preset anymore.
- Multi Worlds is now selected automatically.

Features/Bug fixes:
- Fixed that some set pieces would not spawn (marble statues mainly).
- Added a few new biomes and objects from Multi World.
- Introduced options to choose the number of Pig Kings, especially those of Multi Worlds.
- Now compatibile with Teleportato.

- Added Nightmare effects during Nightmare phase. (You need to enable nightmare phase in overworld)
