* Builder of Nations does not add buildings anymore but instead allows you to create 3 buildings on planets at once.
* Swapped instances of add_trait = <trait> to add_trait = { trait = <trait> }
* Localization for decision_esap_mining_tooltip reduced planet Habitability and Happiness was -10% in green, now that -10% is red.
* Fixed techs granted by AP Secrets of the Universe not showing up, rare tech calculations have changed, AP Tecnological Ascendancy now adds rare tech chance from within its modifier block and no longer requires an external scripted modifier. Thanks for the report tesla133!
* While I was working on this, I also made all rare techs from this mod sharable between federation members, which means a higher draw chance with the right federation perk and an even higher chance if a member has that tech already.
* Cleaned up a scripted effect meant for economic categories that are no longer overridden since the release of 4.0

* One vision AP now provides a lower planetary ascension cost for wilderness empires. (Vanilla feature + Slightly buffed)
* One Purpose AP (One vision AP gestalt variant) now provides a lower planetary ascension cost for wilderness empires. (Vanilla feature)
* Executive Vigor now provide a flat percentage increase for council agenda (Vanilla feature + Slightly buffed) and no longer provides an extra civic (it was too OP).
* Organic Procreation AP was adjusted with 4.0 changes in mind.
* Changed ship_upkeep instances with newer modifiers
* Buffed branching path APs, any negative effects currently are more flavor-focused but less punishing.
* Only APs not buffed are certain ethic-related APs, these perks need further review.
* Deactivated compatibility with Unique Ascension Perks since is not going to be updated any time soon.
* Deactivated compatibility with Worthy Ascension Perks until is updated. (It seems it was updated at the same time as this mod! Note: Both mods still work together but maybe there is an AP effect that overlaps)
* Error log had a major sweep and is now completely clean.
* Economic Categories are no longer altered so this should increase compatibility with tons of other mods.
* Localization added for 3 new modifier references and changed Rivers of Gold description.
* Fixed Great Echo AP (Beautiful Bureaucracy for hives) not receiving unity bonuses per worker and specialist.
* Fixed Pillar of Society AP policy bonuses not providing engineering or physics. (Thanks for the report AzraelSanguin)
* Slightly nerfed Pillar of Society ascension perk (AP exclusive to fanatic spiritualist empires).
* Ascendancy of the State and also its Gestalt counterpart (Ascendant Mind) now require all other government perks since it is the most powerful government perk (it grants an extra civic).
* Stored a 3.14 backup folder inside the auxiliary folder.

Economic Categories:
* Added triggered modifiers for starbase_shipyard_space_fauna_build under ships economic categories.
* Added triggered modifiers for starbase_shipyard_artificial_build under ships economic categories.
* Vanilla now has triggered_upkeep_modifier for science ships, this was already here in this mod.
* Added new category> planet_zoo_keepers; planet_primal_jobs; planet_treasure_gatherers; specimens AND vivarium.

Economic Categories:
* In economic categories, planet_farmers now have: icon = "job_farmer"
* In economic categories, planet_miners now have: icon = icon = "job_miner".
* planet_technician was moved around within the file in vanilla but is unchanged.
* planet_entertainers now have generate_mult_modifiers in vanilla (but always had them with this mod)
* planet_enforcers now have generate_mult_modifiers in vanilla (but always had them with this mod)
* planet_telepaths now have generate_mult_modifiers in vanilla (but always had them with this mod)
* Added new economic categorie: country_storms; planet_astrometeorologists; planet_storm_dancers; planet_buildings_storm_tech; emergency_fund.

* Fixed descriptor version, since 3.12.5 (and I guess moving forward) requires "v.3.12.*" instead of "3.12.*".

Economic Categories:

  • planet_bio_trophies now has a new parent (parent = planet_culture_workers), this is a vanilla change.
  • Added - modifier_type = add - ship_nanite_swarmer so it resembles how it works for every other ship.
  • By default - ship_nanite_swarmer - has a - triggered_cost_modifier - but now with this mod there is also a triggered_upkeep_modifier so it resembles how it works for every other ship.

Economic file bump just in case it did not upload correctly. (This is related to @Neverlande 's issue that was reported recently).


If you read this note, please note that it was also reported by @Guilliman that there was an issue with old files that were persistent in this mod's directory even after an update. To fix this, follow these simple steps:
  • Unsubscribe.
  • Completely erase this mod folder from the Steam workshop folder.
  • Subscribe again.
