Most of cells & rooms rebuilded and work properly again!
(cells bug fixed for PA v.1.0)

*whats new
+added 100 Guards
+added 1 Generator and other tree of electricity

Testing "Old Version of Prison" on final distr. of Prison Architect.
prison builded in PA v.0.6 - so in v1.0 we have some bugs about cells & rooms size ;(
*will be fixed in few days
