To select yourself you now have to press the walk key (default is left ALT).
Added option to disable selecting yourself.

Fixed issue where you couldn't select yourself.

Can now bonemerge entities to yourself, left click on the world to select yourself, right click on the world to remove all bonemerged entities on you. This supports the particle attacher making unusual hats possible.

Added support for duplicator entity modifiers (Particle Attacher).
