1. Locate the splash.bmp in the WWE 2K17 folder




2. Backup file somewhere (or delete).

3. Create a new splash.bmp in a photo editing program such as MS Paint or Paint.net or alternatively download ready-made ones. Resolution should be 1920x1080.

4. Copy over into the same WWE 2K17 folder and the game should now load the new splash screen.
