To see who you blocked, you simply have to go in big picture mode. For some reason, big picture goes through the filter.

First of all, you're gonna need to go in big picture mode. To do this, click on this button:

Then, you're gonna want to click on your name.

After that, you need to click on your friends.

And then, as usual, click on blocked users.
