So here is my solution for this problem:

Be sure that the game is closed!

Go to: X:\Steam Libary\steamapps\common\Dream\Saves

1.: Search every file that ends with "...Popped.DreamVG", right click these and go to properties. Now have a look on the size. If the file is 56bytes, then you already found and popped this page.

If a file is 17bytes, then you probably didn't find it so far. In this case, just have a look on the file's name and search the page ingame. (The file is named like: "WindowsPopped.DreamVG")

2.: If you still get no achievement although you got every page popped (56bytes), then try this:

Again go to: X:\Steam Libary\steamapps\common\Dream\Saves and search for any file that is 17bytes big. (I used: "whichitemson.DreamVG". I think this file just says which item you are using right now and clears itself when the game is closed, so it should be 17bytes as long as the game is closed)

Now, *Right Click* -> open with -> Notepad. You will see that the file contains:


Now, search a "...Popped" file and also open it with the Notepad. It will contain:



What you now have to do is just replace the content of the "...Popped" file with the content of the 17bytes file you chose.

Save the file and start the Game again. It will say that the synchronisation with the Steam servers failed. Choose "Upload to the Steam Cloud".

Now go to the page you've resetted and collect it again. The achievement should get unlocked now!
