Changing Mouse Sensitivity.
First, go to
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Murdered Soul Suspect\FateGame\Config\Input.ini
and then change
MouseSensitivity=60.0
to
MouseSensitivity=X
('X' being whatever number you change it to). I would recommend 15.

@MrSlothstronaut I had the same problem. Found it under %USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Murdered Soul Suspect\Engine\Config\BaseInput.ini

Im not seeing this file edit line anywhere. I found the Input file although mine is named "DefaultInput"
