It should be rd_fast_reload_under_marine_height_scale and rd_fast_reload_under_marine_scale from the List of Reactive Drop Cvars

question: how did you scale the quick reload meter under the marine to be so big? mine is super small...

its a good idea but the original has some features that are still better because the circle stays on plane and does not rotate when the cursor moves arround the player. To elaborate : this mod makes the iron sight / crossair more visible but the circle for clip amount and reload indicator tilts as the cursor on the mouse moves arround the player/user, this causes more effort for the eyes to adjust to when it is good to reload if viewing only the new crossair. where as in the original, one did not need to ponder when the crossair is right side up or upside down (depending on where the crossair is , relative to the position of the operator) , and when to reload on viewing the crossair.

This is a suggestion: keep the old crossair but make the opacity and color more visible , since the old one does not shift plane like the mod one. Never the less I'm still using this mod you made and trying to get use to it. Thanks .
