Re-done run, walk, crouch animations
Added phys model

Features:

Model contains "walking","running", "sitting" and "idle" animation.
scp096pm_raf.mdl

Animations trigger on a specific weapon type. Animations won't work on weapons such as physgun, crossbow, smg, pistol, etc. It will trigger on melee-related weapon hold-types.

I was looking over the wireframe for the 3d model, because that's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cool, and I noticed that 096 just has an absurd amount of polygons for his feet. What is up with that. If you zoom out it looks like he's wearing black shoes.
