.tga = 256x128 exactly
decal.tga = 128x128 exactly
46x24.png requires the picture to be 46x24 pixels exactly, then have a white bar extend to 64x32
256x128.png requires the picture to be 202x101 pixels exactly, then have a white bar extend to 256x128
decalicon.png requries the picture to be 28z28 pixels exactly, then have a white bar extend to 32x32

the tga file one it wont change to a tga file its just a PNG if i rename it
