- It will fix the mech biom resistance problem.
.. - Before is : none air resist > ice resist > radiation resist > heat resist
.. - Normal is : none air resist > radiation resist > ice resist > heat resist

This issue this fixed was taken care of in an official update some time ago. Looking at 1.3.3 files it goes air -> radiation -> cold -> heat as intended.

I'm a bit confused about the details of this, I know that it "Fixes the biome mech problem".
But what does it do exactly ?
