Intro

Now that I've found everything, I thought it might be helpful to do a guide showing the location of all of the collectibles and secrets in the game for those who haven't gotten them. For each section I'll include a checklist of everything that you can find in any given area and should be listed in the order they are found in the videos.

Part 1

The first section covers jut the first floor of the base. By the time you reach the elevator you should have the following:

The one missing document people mentioned seems to be Blake's Notes #2, but it's very easy to find- it's in the tent just before the submarine, along with the other last two documents for that section.

The carved figure / Hanson note doesn't unlock a secret for me. I have both, but no 3rd secret in that section. (Have the AI head and notes)

Nevermind, after I went into the cellar shaft and returned to view the star map on the ceiling, the book was there.

At 14:00 in Part 4 I notice you had to reload to get the Darkness Within collectible. The book was missing for me, and I tried reloading. Still not there. Help! Only thing I am missing

I found a problem in the guide, are there 25 documents, cause you say there's 25, but you only list 24. In part 2 you say you get up to 19, but you get up to 18. 10+8=18. Is there a missing document that you forgot to name or is there only 24 instead of 25?

yes, at around the 31 minute mark of that video, you find a medallion in the manor's basement. if you go back to to device you're talking about and use that medallion on it, it will reveal a secret.
