Before we begin, answer these questions to yourself.

1. When people talk, do th-ey-st-tt-er? (do they stutter?) This is usually connectivity or ping problems.

2. Do you think the FSX VC is just not enough, like you need more?

3. Do you think the Steam Community isn't enough for you?

Now, lets jump in on the problems and solutions.

If you play FSX, you might face some problems in multiplayer sessions. Here are examples of what I mean.

*Voice Stutter (When they talk, it's like they are pressing their talk button on, and off. On, and off. Watch some of AirForceProud95's videos and you'll see what I mean.)

*Inactivity

*VC is disabled, VC only

There are a ton more, but I listed some of the highlights. If you face any of these problems or similar ones, you are not alone. Lets get to the Solutions.

For all of you Steam users, you might have not heard of Discord. Discord is an app for gamers. It's used for communities of games, friends, and more. Best of all, it has Voice Chat. Discord is proven to have the lowest latency yet. Better than TeamSpeak, and better thaan FSX. (by far.)

It isnt that hard to find a aviation-related server on Discord. Because you just found one! https://discord.gg/CuDfxS That is unnoficial FSX server, FSX Chaos. Please join and spread the word about it.

Anyways, I HIGHLY reccomend Discord for your FSX needs. Talk with your server hoster and see if they can set up a Discord Server so they get the better experience!

VATSIM is a completely free online platform which allows virtual pilots, wherever they are in the world, to connect their flight simulators into one shared virtual world. -VATSIM

It is a very popular group for real-world like simulation. If you wanted FSX to be more realistic by the ways the ATC talks with the pilots, etc, there is your ticket in.

Here are the products that they reccomend.

*vPilot[vpilot.metacraft.com] - Easy to use for beginners, I use that as of now

*SquawkBox[www.squawkbox.ca] - is an older, but still effective pilot client. It was the first client to introduce visibility of other online pilots therefore display of other aircraft works differently to vPilot and FSInn. (More info at the VATSIM site, link will be provided at the bottom of this section.)

*FSInn[vatsim-germany.org] - an old client, but effective. It has a number of features including a traffic radar screen, a push-back feature and the ability to configure model matching.
