Settings
The first time you start the Editor a Settings menu will open. If not or you want to change your settings, you can open it by pressing the Settings button (1).

You need to configurate your Savegame Path (2) and Workshop Path (3). Both parth needs to be valid, otherwise the Tools won't work.

If you played Beyond Enemy Lines and created a Savegame (by changing the ingame settings or completing a story mission) the Savegame Path should be automaticly detected. The Workshop Path needs manual configuration. By default it is in the subfolders of your Steam Install directory \steamapps\workshop , if you use a different partition to store your Steam games, you may need to adjust it.
Import Workshop Items

To import a mission into Beyond Enemy Lines, you need to start the Workshop Tools and make sure you are in the Import tab (1). The box on the left (2) shows all currently imported missions, the box on the right (3) all available missions.

To import a mission, select on of the Available Missions (3) and press the Arrow Left Button <-- (4) to import it. To remove a imported mission, select it in the Imported Mission Box (2) and press the Arrow Right Button --> (4). Once you are satisfied with your modification press the OK Button (5) to confirm your selection. Otherwise no changes will be made.

Now your missions are imported and can be played from within the game.

Attention: The amount of imported missions is currently limited to 10 and will increase later on.

Hint: A Mission is available if you subscribed to it in the Steam Workshop and downloaded it. If a mission you have subscribed is not showing, it's probably not downloaded. You can force your steam client to download all pending Workshop Items by pressing the 'DOWNLOAD' button. Once the download is finished click 'REFRESH' to update the lists.
Create Workshop Item & Updating and existing one

To upload mission ito the Workshop, you need to start the Workshop Tools and make sure you are in the Create Mission tab (1).

Select the Mission File you want to upload (if all settings are valid, the 'BROWSE' button will automaticly open to the correct folder). Leave the Item ID (3) empty and fill all required fields with the text you want to display in the Workshop. The selected Preview Image supports .jpg, .png and .bmp and the filesize needs to be <= 1mb.

Confirm the EULA and press 'UPLOAD' (2).
Hint: The Upload Button will only be unlocked if enough informations are given.

A console tool will start and connect to Steam, list all your intended upload settings and you once again needs to confirm that you want to upload with the displayed settings. The tool will start uploading to Steam and will close it self automatically when done.

Updating:
If you want to update one of your missions, do the same as above but add the Item ID (3) of the Item you want to update. You can get the Item ID by opening the Workshop Page of your Mission in a webbrowser and the ID is displayed within the URL.
In this case the Item ID is 694066265.
