If Johnny Bravo and Dexter's Laboratory had a crossover, I think the plot would be like this:

Mandark has finally invented a giant evil robot to invade and destory Dexter's Laboratory. Mandark giving Dexter one hour to surrender his lab, Dexter realizes he needs some double muscle power and creates a muscle detector. All the strongest men denying or ignoring Dexter needs; Dexter's muscle detector picks up a guy named Johnny Bravo. Introducing Johnny to the laboratory. Johnny acts like Dexter's sister; DeeDee. Until Mandark arrives. Now... the battle is on...
