[FIXED] Ray Gun Mark 2

Long Version: So after looking around the Steam Workshop and Gamemaps for a Mark 2 weapon mod, I came across plenty; however none of them were 3-burst shots like the actual Mark 2. Until I came across ONE particular mod on Gamemaps created by Crowbait, in which the mod went over the SCAR (which is the only 3-burst weapon in L4D2). I was not pleased with the mod as the sound the SCAR made wasn't even from the actual Mark 2 and said sound went over the SMGs as well. With no update in sight and a few workshop reuploads that didn't fix the problems it had, I decided to step in and do it myself (If you want it done, do it yourself, am I right?).

TL;DR: The Ray Gun Mark 2 mod by Crowbait had it's issues and I wanted a proper version so I decided to do it myself, enjoy.

This replaces the SCAR rifle.

Changes:
- Replaced the gunfire sound from the original mod with sounds from the Mark 2.
- Fixed the issue where the gunfire sound from the mod would replace the gunfire sound from the SMGs (so it should not conflict with any SMG mods you have.)
- Added an alternative fire sound for ammo upgrades.

I did not change the reload sound of the SCAR or the reload animation, I am not an animator but maybe in the future I can try tinkering with the mod some more and change the reload sound for the SCAR.

Didn't add video or sound because I'm too lazy to boot up ShadowPlay and try to have it cooperate with me, but I'm pretty sure by now most of you know what the Mark 2 sounds like.
